Flipperz Shell complaint

During the world cup Shell had a promotion to give "flipperz" if you spend money in their shop. This shop still have boxes full of them and refused to give me one of the flipperz no matter how much money I spent. First no one in the shop knew what it was for... only when I asked. Then today still no one knew... and this one lady cleaning the floor said very rudly to me... only when you spend R250 in the shop... they still have boxes full and I need them for a small very sick boy. I have been to this shell store 3 times to ask and they refuse to give what they say. Theres no mamagement involved aswell and they refuse to give me his/her nr.
