Filthy rest rooms

Yesterday evening, we drove from Free State to Durban. We stopped at Shell Ultra City in Estcourt, KZN to use rest rooms. Ladies rest rooms were disgustingly filthy, the floor was dirty, the mop was left lying on the floor, the taps were dry and the toilets were so dirty I almost threw up. I'm well aware most companies are trying to preserve water, but I've never seen so much filth in ladies toilets. Please do better!!!
