Filling-up my car with a diesel that has water

On Monday the 21st December 2015,at around 17:30 ,as I was coming from work ,I drove to Shell service station situated at R82 Vereeniging road to fill-up my car with diesel.It was raining in that afternoon ,I was assisted by one of the Petrol attended ,who filled up my Ford Focus TDCI car .Just after I drove the car for less than 1KM from the service station ,my car started jacking and it switched the engine -off ,when I tried to start the engine ,the warning faulty light appeared with a massage that the is water inside the diesel tank .I went back to the service station only to find out that the are other two diesel car customers with the same problem. We called the station manager to asked him to come to the station and while waiting for the manger the supervisor with other petrol attendant check the pump tank and confirmed that indeed the tank were not closed after been refilled by the distribution tank .The manager did arrived and acknowledged with full responsibility <br> 1.My car is still not fixed after two days and I am very inconvenienced.<br> 2.The service station manager is taking the cheapest way of fixing my car ,with the Ford un approved technician. <br> 3.I am not at work.
