Falsely advertised promotions coupled with rude staff

Your shell Overport was running a black friday special, where if you bought any of their black friday deals and were the first 100 customers you received a free gold hot wheels. I was there at midnight with a few friends and we purchased products. We were informed that the hot wheels were not available at that moment and were told to come back in the morning as our cars would be kept aside by the manager. We arrived in the morning to collect and lo and behold the manager was rude about the whole situation and we were told that the cars were all given away. Be it as it may we were the VERY FIRST customers of the day so by all accounts the advertising was false as we did not receive our cars nor were we informed that our cars were taken. That night manager took down our names and numbers and informed us that he would personally set aside the cars. However the morning manager was very rude and arrogant, informing us that it wasn't her problem and that they sold more than 100. However the adverti*****t clearly states first 100 customers. I am thoroughly disappointed with the false advertising as well as horrible customer service that shell provides. If this is the way they treat customers why should we take our business there!
