False Advertising by Shell Select

I received an sms on the 23 December 2020, Congratulation! You have won a Ferrari Collectible from Shell. To date, I’ve been to 5 Shell Select Garage to redeem my gift however was informed they have no stock. This is ridiculous. Shell should have the decency of informing customers or place a notice informing that the promotion/ gift is out of stock. This is not the first incident. Also had recurring incidents since November 2020 as well/ no stock????
