On the 5th of Jan 2026 at 17:10pm I went to UC Breede Valley south (Shell garage) on N1 highway Worcester as I wanted to fill up my car, for the first ever I experienced ************** in my life and in my own country. I stopped at this Garage on pump 6 then went inside to use the restroom, left my wife inside the car, came back after 10 minutes still no one attended my car, I asked my wife if she did get help, she said all the petrol attendants just passed by my car to help new cars arriving driven by white people. This is not poor service, this is just ************** and undermining black people, from this experience for me this says that these petrol attendants are told who they should prioritize or which race they should attend to first. When I raised my frustration to 1 of the attendants that was help us his name is Stanley, his buddy just laughed and walked away. I would like to get feedback from Shell Top Management to advise of the steps they will take to investigate this issue and what steps they will take to make sure this treatment doesn't go on.
