I recently purchased a property on R101 heading to Pretoria. Whenever I visit the Shell petrol station, it takes over 30 minutes to receive service. There is no guidance provided, and the attendants display a negative attitude. Despite my husband personally reporting and complaining to the manager, there has been no improvement. Unfortunately, we have no choice but to go there. The service is extremely poor.
