Extremely Poor service. Rating is negative zero

I sometimes use Shell T card. I received an email that I will get the money earned on the 31st of January 2019 from swiping the card.

I have been sending them emails many times but they kept on telling me they will send the money In my account. Even today I have not received it.

I told them I will never use Shell T card anymore and they must closed my account cause it's useless to have it.

How can you tell me that I will get money on the 31st of January 2019 and even today the 3rd of March money still not received. So how long must I still wait? 6 months.

You need to upgrade your system in order to keep your customers excluding me.
