EXCELLENT SERVICE

I went to Shell Garage in Protea Gardens in the morning of 23 March 2019. An excellent service I receive from the young lady by the name of Nhlanhla. I needed to buy a Redbul special but could not find the original, they only had no sugar in the fridge. When I went to the till to pay, she asked if I did see if this is n o sugar, my response to her was this is only what they have in the fridge. She stood up, went to their store room. brought me the origional redbul drink with a smile. That was one excellent service I received from her. So wish she can supervise the petrol attendance as their service is very rude. I stopped filling in petrol in that garage but because of her service my thinking was the petrol attendees service must have improved. I went there Monday morning on 25 March to fill in my petrol hoping for the same service I received from Nhlanhla. Truly I was wrong as the petrol attendess has Definitely not improved. Nhlanhla if you can please teach petrol attendees the customer service so we can be happy to visit that garage. I only go into that garage for Shell specials not for petrol because I know I will be hurt.
