****en garage

Im so angry i stood there for 10min with no help from any petrol attended, due to no one had ***** to manage the customers, i was waiting for a car to move away from the pump cause the guy was chit chatting to the friend so i had to wait for their conversation to finish so i can be assisted.... I watched all the cars coming in n out helped, the garage almost got empty thats when the guy decided to go then i was helped by the guy called Benny.... When i ask him wheres the Quality Marshall he could not even show me, i asked wheres the manager he said his not in, i asked for managers name so when i call today it wil be easier he said he doesn't know the name of the manager..... I called the garage today the lady told me the manager will be in tomorrow, i asked for a name of the manager she also couldn't give me the name, she just told me to call headoffice lol, when i say ok give me the number for headoffice, she doesn't know it... Like *** is happening, everyone seems so stupid! I need the management to intervene before i publish this garage further in Media.. Can someone please get back to me
