Embarrassing

I would to complain about the shell garage situated in Soweto Dhlamin. A month ago I passed to pour patrol and the whole stuff including the manager chased me away because they don’t put patrol on minibus. When I asked why I was told that’s it’s because of an accident that happened many years back so the whole community must suffer because of that??
