<p>So I pull into shell this morning after navigating Cape Town peak traffic and after parking the vehicle, asks the petrol attendant as to where the toilets are... would the jockey not be getting all political on me telling me that it's for customers only and instead of directing me sends me to the select shop to first purchase something and then ask for directions to the toilet inside the shop! I head inside and ask to speak to the manager who sadly wasn't on site yet... Suppose, the staffs lack of customer service stems from the managers lack of leadership. </p>
