Durban North Service Station-Poor Service

Durban North Service Station I use this service station every week to fill up my fuel.I was there yesterday afternoon again. My issue is I filled up on 28-09-2018.I went in to purchase a pie and advised the attendant I wanted a veg curry pie,she handed it over to me, I paid and went back to my car as the attendant was still filling up.I decided to eat while waiting, I read the label on the foil that holds the pie, and it stated Chicken. To my dismay as I am vegetarian. I went back in to advise of the issue.I was then told they have not had veg pies for a while now as it has been out of stock. So I was handed the chicken pie instead!! Is this standard behavior from Shell front office staff. No care,concern or empathy.They then stated they will give me a refund.Which was done. At no time did anyone think that this is pathetic customer service.Handing me a chicken pie instead of a veg and not even informing me they did not have in the first place it unacceptable. I use Shell for my fuel but will never trust them by purchasing anything in store.This can be checked by the document I signed for the refund, I wrote down why the refund was been given.
