Do not stop at Shell Ultra Cty. The toilets are unacceptable. They are clean But Half the doors are broken. Many stalls are “out of use”. Many stalls in use have no toilet seat. Many stalls that do have seats but the seats are broken. Toilet paper is wet. Taps are broken. I regret stopping at Shell Ultra City Estcourt Northbound. Shell has a duty of quality control Never again will they see my money
