Dissatisfied Shell Rosebank

I was at Shell garage Rosebank yesterday at 5.35pm needing the restroom. I asked a teller by the name of Memory for assistance and l was told the lavatories were not functioning, twice I then asked one of the petrol attendents and l was shown one, nice and clean. I am a loyal Shell fan and during these covid times we deserve even better service. I demand an apology from Memory within 48 hours
