Dissapointed customer

i have been a customer at Shell northern drive for years, they frequently running out of stock these days like bread and cakes , recently there was a young lady helping the customers who was very friendly and helpful, i have noticed even that stopped. the owner definetely needs to step up his game with staffing, having that additional staff assisting when it is busy made a big difference. as for that short bald guy Preggie i think has a serious attitude problem and shouldn't be a manager.

Totally diassapointed will not return to this service station I hope this review reaches Shell head office
