Disrespected

I putted petrol at Shell Lichtenburg last week Friday and it declined but money was out. The Indian guy said I’ll get it overnight and never got it. I went today and being insulted by the granny there who was very rude. I called SHELL SA but was not helped but will have to open a case tomorrow.
