DISHONEST EMPLOYEES

This morning I visited Shell Oostenberg Service Station in Kuilsriver. It was about 6.15am and I was at assisted at pump 7.

I asked for R100.00 petrol and my tyres to be filled with air.

I normally jump out and assist with removing the caps from my tyres as this just helps things speed along.

After completing the tyres, I handed over R100.00 for my petrol without even checking whether the petrol attendant even threw in my petrol.

I only realized that he didn't when I drove off and I couldn't turn back at all... I didn't ask for a cash receipt either... I never use cash, just this time and wow, I will never ever again.

This is so disappointing... it was my last R100.00 and for him to do this...

I am really disgusted and would just like this matter investigated please.

I do not have his name - there were 2 petrol attendants helping... so yeah.

I would appreciate a response regarding this, even though I might not get my money back, but I hope this is addressed!!!
