Disgusting Service

I Just Came From The Shell At Protea Glen Ext 11 And I Have To Say That The Service I Got Today Was Disgustingly Poor, Upon My Arrival I Went To The Window To Purchase A Lotto Ticket Only To Find Out That There’s No One There, Because The Door Was Blocked To Prevent Us As Customers From Entering For Some Weird Reason I Then Asked The Cashier To Call Someone That Is Going To Assist Me With My Purchase She Told Me That She Called Someone And I Should Wait. 15-20 Minutes Later I Then Went Back To Her And Asked Where The “Person” Was And She Game Me Some Funny Attitude And Told Me That The Person Was Coming, When A Friend/Acquaintance Of Theirs Came The “Person” I Have Been Waiting For Miraculously Appeared Out Of No Where In Less Than 30 Seconds And Assisted That Guy First. As A Supervisor In A Retail Environment I Have To Say That The Service I Got Was Disgustingly Poor And As A V Card Holder I Am Never Going To Pour Fuel Or Make Any Purchase From Shell Because I Was Not Prioritised As A Customer.
