Disgusting service

I always fill up my car @ Shell garage in Pretoria Skinner street.

Also pass by to buy bread n all.

Today in the morning I passed there bought a few things in the garage. Later this evening I went 2 buy bread around 5:00pm, I bought Bread, Airtime n ****** cakes with my card. To my horror when I got inside the car n wanted 2 eat the ****** cakes it was full on fungi n moulds Green.

I switched off my car went back inside n found this RUDE cashier by the name of TREVOR. I showed him the ****** cakes n advised him that I'm not comfortable in taking other one's cz the expiry date was the 28 August yet they were green they had Moulds.

He responded in his language VENDA which I said I dnt understand properly can we rather speak English? He continued with the Language refused 2 speak English. Saying there's nothing he's gonna do cz I swiped wit a card n there's no manager nor supervisor so he won't refund me. Mind u the ****** cakes only costs R13. 20c I pour petrol @ this shell which a litre is R15 but he refuses to refund m R13. 20.

I went on to ask he said I must take sumthing that costs exactly that chewing a Gum disrespectfully he said I can do what I think it's good 4 m but he Wil not give m refund. He went on talking I couldn't understand nolonger the language as I stood there.

Is that how SHELL u treat customers? Do the cashiers even undergo training. How does a Garage not have any supervisor or manager in store?? So what was gonna happen if it was a white person who completely doesn't understand the language n the Cashier refused 2 speak English? Is the Trevor probably taking advantage of m?

That Cashier has A bucket full of bad stinking attitude!

I have NEVER experienced such disrespect from a Garage cashier. SHE'LL GARAGE SKINNER.

Thank u I will nolonger be ur customer n I wouldn't recommend any1 to go n be treated with disgusting attitude! WITH YOUR OWN MONEY!
