Disgusting Service

Good Day<br> <br> Last night on our way home my fiance and i stopped at the shell garage in Worcester. she then asked the petrol attendant to check the tire pressure as well as the battery water. whereby another petrol attendant by the name displayed on his badge (Changa) then came to the driver-side window where she was sitting and said to her that they are rendering a service out of sarcasm and asked her to get out of the car and open up the battery cylinders herself. which to me then says that all of the adverts on television of shell garage are all lies cause the service we received and comments that were made by this petrol attendant was unacceptable, as to my knowledge a garage or any service station should have all the necessary tools to help a customer to there satisfaction. <br> <br> so by that being said i would like a response from any superior individual of the particular brand in question<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> <br> Tashwill
