Disgusting service

On Monday the 29/07/2019 at approximately 17H00 I walked into a Shell garage convenient store on the corner of Jean and Lenchen Avenue, continuing an important business call I had been on. I proceeded to pick up an item and approached the counter while 3 staff members were having a personal conversation behind the counter. I put the item and the cash on the counter while still on the call, implying that I would like to pay for my intended purchase, however, I was ignored by the aforementioned staff members who rudely continued their personal conversation. After about 2 minutes I was forced to hang up my business call in order to request that I be serviced, where to my surprise, I was met with impertinent comments regarding my business call. The staff member, Johanna, imp**** I should hang up my call and request service before being helped or even acknowledged. Trying to circumvent conflict, I requested that Johanna ring up my item, however, at that instant, Isaac interjected, flinging verbal insult at me, saying “who do you think you are that we (staff members) need to wait on you and services you whilst you are on a call!”. Isaac also continued to imply that I feel entitled amongst other undermining things, which leads me to the conclusion that he (Isaac) has become comfortable being arrogant and rude towards clients and members of the public.

I was a regular customer at this specific garage, however, this has left a sour taste in my mouth and I will subsequently not be using Shell’s services as this is not the first time I have experience horrific service from Shell.
