Disgusting service!!!

<p>I am posting this on behalf of a friend. He recently filled up at Shell garage in Northpine, Brackenfell. This was on a Friday night. Well, the Saturday morning the police came knocking on his door saying that he never paid for the petrol. He says that he swiped his card and the attended never gave him a slip to sign. Which didn't bother him because he is a regular at the garage, because we live in the area, and they almost never let you sign anything. And the attendants know him. He has been to the petrol station a few times now and asked to view the footage to prove his innocence and the manager kept on telling him that he must come back the following day. When he told them that he was going to lay a charge against them, all of their stories changed and they were blaming each other and their stories are just not making sense. Question? Why can't the manager just show him the footage so that this matter can be resolved because this can turn out very ugly for both parties. I will be waiting on a response ASAP so that this matter can be resolved. </p>
