Disgusting Customer Service !!!!!!! Shell Service Station Aerodrome rd JHB South

I have been using the Shell service station for years now and the other day I Had an issue with an attendant leaving my water cap loose and 5 min later driving home the heat gage went sky high and I stopped and found the cap inside the engine compartment with all my water blown out . Absolutely cooked my head on my Nissan 2.5L TDI motor so I’m in for 10’s of R1000’s of rands ! Called Amina the admin lady there who works for the owner Mr Osman which I could get a number of at all and they told me it’s MY PROBLEM !!!!! Wouldn’t even look at my van !!

Do NOT use this garage they don’t have any client service at all !!!! Don’t care about their clients !!! Just about money !! God will punish you !! Times are tough Spread this post please !!
