Disgusting customer service from Shell Garage petrol attendant

<p>Last night, with people normally filling up their cars with fuel before the price increase, I decided to go fill up my car at the nearest Shell Garage in my are, She'll Garage, Winchester Hills on Columbine Road. As I pull into the gas station a petrol pump becomes available and at this stage I am the only car waiting for a pump so I indicate to move into that pump but because my tank is on the other side I decided to pull forward and reverse next to the pump to make it easier for the petrol attendant so that they won't have to stretch the actual pump tube. As I begin reversing in this car pulls into the station from the main road and hurries in and parks next to the pump with no consideration and respect whatsoever. The attendant then makes her way to the car and begins to help the person much to my disgust as I am now still waiting there in reverse like an idiot. I then open my window and shout out, "Sorry I was herr first" to which she responded by looking at the petrol attendant next to her and said in Zulu, "but he turned so it's his fault". I couldn't believe this woman's audacity, I was trying to make her job easier by reversing in with my tank right next to the pump and at the end of the day customers should be served on a first come first serve basis. Well anyway I then got out of my car and caused a scene, telling her it's her job to tell that other person that I was there first and serve me first to which the manager came out and heard me out and said he agrees that she's wrong but can I please wait for someone to leave and just use another pump. Now I could've done that but the principle is so wrong and I refused to do that as I was there way before the guy who was now being served before me. I then took a picture of the attendant who's name was Malefu to which she still posed and smiled. All the other attendants were laughing at me like I'm the mad person yet it's so disgusting that people who are supposed to serve customers diligently at a huge petrol company like Shell, do not know what customer service is. I then refused to fill up at that garage and left to fill up at the nearby Engen. I swear I will never support a shell garage in my life regardless of the situation I'd rather get stuck and I will encourage all my friends, family and community to do the same. </p>
