Disgusting Customer Service - @ Shell Garage, Bisho

I'm utterly disgusted with the customer service I received @ Shell Garage, in Bisho - Eastern Cape. And what upsets me the most, it's not the first time this has happened, however I decided to give them a second chance. Imagine taking your car for a wash @09:00, be told to come pick it up at 15:00 due to a large of cars waiting to be washed. I agreed and decided to stay in the area and finally i get there @15:30, ONLY TO FIND MY CAR STILL UN-WASHED. INSTEAD, OTHER CARS THAT WERE NOT ON QUEUE ARE BEING WASHED, OTHERS HAVE BEEN WASHED ALREADY.

Upon enquiring, the Manager is taking me from pillar to post, I never felt disrespected in such a disturbing manner by an elder person, who doesn't even want to admit his mistakes. Instead, he blames the workers, knowing very well they are taking instructions from him. And guess what, it is Not the first time. I didn't realise that @Shell Garage in Bisho, you get preferential treatment when you drive a more expensive car than the one you are driving. I'm never going to that Garage for any type of service, infact I'm considering stopping entering any Shell Garage Facility altogether.
