Disgusting behaviour from Superviser and Manager

A while back some time last year not sure of the date I filled some fuel at Shell Service Station Tongaat next to standard bank. Had to wait a while to get helped as the petrol attendants have there own conversations. Call the guy to fill some fuel he was very rude and had a bad attitude. So then he fills the wrong amount of fuel then what I asked for ( which was more then what I asked for) . Now because of the bad service I did not pay for the extra fuel. The manager got involved and I explained to him what happen. I told him that they need to cover the difference because of the bad service I got. That was done and dusted. Today when I went back to the service station to fill some fuel the manager spotted me filling and reprimanded me again about paying that difference very abrupt and harshly. I than refused and advised him that if I had good service on that day I would cover the cost. He then calls another manager from the back office and he as well was abrupt and harsh towards me. I advised them I will take it up further. I didn't get their names.

This kind of behavior is not on and I will be taking it up further.
