Disgusting attitude from cashier at Shell Barbara Road

On 01 July 2025, I went to a petrol station on Barbara road in Germiston, filled up and tried to buy cool drinks. The cashier Koketso refused to help me because my money included R1 composed of 20c coins. She claimed they were instructed not to accept brown coins. I explained that I regularly shop at that same store and often received 10c and 20c coins as change even fromm her. Your store gives change in those coins - where do you expect customers to spend them? Worse than the refusal was her tone. She spoke to me begging not buying. Absolute disgusting customer service! I called when I got to the office to speak to management and guess what? Koketso answered and said the manager wasn't in again..

I never felt humiliation!
