Disgusting, appalling, disrespectful and ****** service and behavior

I just made use of your shell garage at Laingsburg, 2 April 2024, at 21h00

which will be the last time

And in my life I have never received such utter disrespectful service in my life especially at a shell garage

my daughter wanted to play the R2 machines in front of the door and it took 5 of her R2 coins without working once

My 18yr old son went back with her to enquire about the machine nobody even answered them just looked at them and continue to talk

I walk in and ask about the machines none of them even looked up.

I even greeted no response they don't even look up at me

Not even when I am asking them they just send me back to the machines.

I ask them a question the one staff member just walks out of the shop speaking to her colleagues not once did any of them make eye contact with me they just had alot of disrespecting attitude.

Their behaviour and attitude towards me and my daughter was disgusting to say the least and appalling and even ****** as they didn't ignore any other client seems cause they think I am mist be the same race as them they can treat us like that. With such disrespect.

How staff at Shell did not even acknowledge a client entering the store is beyond me to not even answer me or respond to my question is even worse

This is not the shell we have been clients to for so many years

and I will not leave this disrespecting behaviour towards me or my daughter there

they will apologise to me and my daughter for the manner in which they treated us and when we turned around they laughed.

I doubt that shell trains their staff to treat your clients with such disrespect but it seems its the normal behaviour That they can do whatever they want even disrespect a mother infront of her child

is that is what we teach our children

to treat each other like this.
