Disgusted at Shell Ultra Kroonstad

Normally I'm satisfied with Shell and especially Shell Ultra but right now I'm disgusted by Shell Ultra Kroonstad. I asked the attendant to fill up my tank to the first click and he just carried on filling until it came gushing out and had to be asked to clean it up and then told me that the pumps don't click, which the manager told me was a lie. If I had been mystery shopping the site would have failed because he didn't offer to clean my windscreen which was filthy or even offer to check the oil and water of a Cape Town registration vehicle. This is making me definitely shift my loyalty to Engen, where the service is much better and I don't have to drive out of my way to find a site. I'm disgusted. It's 7PM and I have been driving since 5 AM to be treated like this!!!
