Disgrace to Shell brand in Mamelodi Tsamaya

Good day. I have been pouring petrol at the Shell garage in Mamelodi East for many years and have now recently noticed something strange that has been happening. When I fill petrol/diesel it doesn't matter which fuel type. The petrol attendants fill an extra 10cents for every transaction of which I have not asked for. For instance, if I were to fill R500 of petrol. They would fill up R500.10 deliberately. When I ask them why is this being done, they say it's how the fuel machines are being set. They even mention that if I wanted to avoid such I should pay with cash. What kind of service is this? This is just **************** which people are not aware of. I'm talking about a fuel garage that is always full every day because it's on the main road Tsamaya to be specific. I mean I understand petrol attendants do make mistakes when they are new to this kind of job however to set the machines deliberately to rob people who support you? That is beyond not acceptable. Someone needs to go and audit that garage. Another thing is the fact that during peak time in the morning they change shifts. Most of the petrol attendants walk slow or are not even there to attend to us. You can wait for the longest time. Sometimes you need to get out of the car to be noticed. What is that? The use of the point system is even worse. One needs to get out of the car to go wait in the queue and pay using the card while waiting for a pin on your phone. People change numbers all the time. I was told that I have to have the same phone I registered with otherwise I can't use the money on the card. From the Shell garages services that are on the N1 to the one in Mamelodi. It's a disgrace and a shame that it's still operating. They are just not coming to the party and it has been many years it's been like this. So sad that the majority of us prefer Shell fuel for our cars. I can't even begin to share my disappointment on the service. The owner should be ashamed. This needs to be addressed asap.
