At Shell Booysen rd I was treated with a very bad attitude by a petrol attended with the name of Thulani. This how it happen: I've asked him to put R300 95 Unleaded instead he just put R100 & when I tell him that I've ask for 300 he becomes stubborn with an attitude, to such an extent that my employee had to intervene for him to understand, & eventually he added another 200. Then comes payment time & I ask him to stand parallel with my window when he transact by using a speed point for security reasons & still he becomes stubborn by telling me that there's nothing he can do with my card because he doesn't have a pin. However, I've find that being very rude for him to talk to me like that & can Shell South Africa take further steps against him.
