disappointing customer

Good day

I had the worst experience today at Shell garage Marlboro today (17-04-18) at around 14:00. I went to pour petrol there and when I was pulling in 1 of the petrol space another car came to the same one. I went in 1st and when I was about half way in, that car came in too. there were many other available spaces at that time.

But my grievience is with the staff as they came to tell me to go to the next one as they were scared of the guy (male) and me as a woman I was told to move. I asked for a manager and Isaac came. who didnt even greet and acknowledge what was happening. as he stood there and looked at the cars. I had to tell him, whats happening.

when that guy decided to move after some (long) time. Isaac the manager decided to go and pour petrol for him, whereas there were petrol attendance around. I feel that Shell could careless about their female customer.
