Disappointed Shell ultra city N3

So disappointed at the shell ultra city estcourt N3 After sitting on a bus for 6 hours we stopped to get refreshments and use the bathroom only to be told by a very rude guard standing at the Spar entrance that the toilet are out of order surely been a service station and a Very well use service station at that, there would be working amenities.
