Disappointed shell customer

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the poor service I received at the Shell Garage on Maitland Main Road on March 29, 2025, at 16:10.

As a loyal V+ customer of Shell for approximately seven years, I was shocked by the attitude and behavior of the attendant, Mohamed, who was assisting me at pump 5. Despite my polite demeanor, Mohamed failed to greet or acknowledge me, and when I asked him to dispose of a plastic bag, he rudely responded, "There's the bin."

I reported this incident to the manager, who took my details and promised to follow up on Monday. Unfortunately, I never received a call or any form of communication from the manager or Shell.

This experience has left a sour taste, and I feel disrespected as a customer. I hope that someone will address this matter and take necessary steps to ensure that customers receive better service in the future.
