Descrimination

After using Shell for a very long time, I had a very terrible experience today. I got to the garage at about 04H20 AM and there was one attendant busy with one vehicle so i had to wait a good useless 5 minutes for the other attendant to actually come to his senses and help me. Just as i was waiting, another vehicle came in as well and then that's when the attendant that was busy with the car that i found at the queuee signaled the other attendant to actually come and assist. The attendant only then came, looking sleepy. He went straight to the vehicle that came after me and then i gave him a complaining look, then he asked "which vehicle came in first??" I then told him that was the one who came first, and he will tag for me. He assisted the car that came in after me which was driven by a white lady, so i had to wait another good 5 minutes for him to finish assisting the other vehicle of which i felt racially and gender decriminated. This incident left me with a lot of questions about the Shell garage. Is this the way shell operates? Was i descriminated because of my skind color? My gender? Or the car that i was driving? Is this what shell tell their employees behind doors? I asked the attendant about his actions and he could not answer me. Anyway I left without paying just to get management's attention.
