Dealer response - Shell Discovery and Clicks loyalty cards

<p>As a dealer I see that there are a lot of complaints against Shell sites not accepting the FNB Clicks ClubCard and Discovery Insure Vitality cards. These particular sites are within their rights as they have not signed up the agreement to partake in the loyalty points. Shell SA charges the dealer a fee for accepting these cards and in return the dealer will benefit an increase in volume. Once again it is the choice of the dealer to either partake in this programme or not. I see there are complaints lodged against Shell sites not accepting but it was their choice as in the long run they would most definitely lose the volume. </p>
