Daylight *******!!!!

I went to shell garage on the 28th of June to pour R100 petrol in my car. And I don't know how that guy did,but there was absolutely no petrol in my car. I drove around,thinking the petrol gauge will go up,but it didn't. I drove back again and got assisted by another attendant and I showed told him I was just there minutes ago,but still had no petrol. I then poured another R100 and then only my gauge went up. On Monday the 1st of July I went back to speak to the manager and he said that there's nothing he can do as R100 petrol is not alot of petrol!! The disrespect!!!! He couldn't refund me or atleast fill my tank with R100 nxaaaa...
