Refueled at Shell Ultra City Escourt an when I returned on the internal road to the highway there was a huge pothole and two of my tyres on my car were written off. There were no managers available, not even on the phone. I am stuck here now with no way to leave. I did not expect the Shell Ultra City to be in such a terrible state. People beware to enter here
