Cutting **** at Shell garage Maitland

I went to the Shell garage in Maitland this morning. Ordered something to eat from the coffee shop. The guy behind the till is busy cutting up his **** while serving me. I contacted the garage and they phoned back to apologize. This is to most disrespectful customer service I have ever received and that is at 06h30 in the morning. Really there is a time and a place for everything.
