Customer rights violated by Shell Bedford centre gardenview

I really feel my customer rights have been violated by Shell garage Bedford garden view, I have been emotionally and financially violated by this garage.

This morning I went to the garage to see the footage, indeed the footage shows a 95 unleashed pipe was used to fuel my car.

This does not change that my car was damaged due to the fuel I used from the Bedford garden view, when I was raising my concerns, I was meant with hostility no empathy was shown to me by the Manager of the garage and his team, He was not willing to fully listen to me and understand my problem instead He kept coming up with reasons which exonerate his garage, the manager was not even coming up with a solution to resolve the issue, he was not coming up with solutions or idea that could help us come to the bottoms or the route cause of this problem, I even offered to give them the petrol sample that was drained by vw ,for the garage to test it, they refused to take it, I was told that's not their petrol, their petrol is the one on their pumps, I kept on telling them the petrol that was drained from my car was the fuel I fill up from their garage, I have full tank fill up on the 03.06.2024 and my car acted up on the 05.06.2024 from the 03.06.2024 to the 05.06.2024 I still had alot of fuel to my car, I had no need to tip up fuel, even the last fuel that was in my car when I refilled on the 03.06.2024 it was from the same garage, however the garage still refuses to take accountability and responsibility, the diagnosis I received from vw and the other car spare I received was that the fuel in my car was is contaminated, were did I get the fuel ? "I got it from shell garage Bedford garden view " were was I supposed to go to lodge my complaint,

I suffered emotionally, driving on a freeway with car that was not okay, scared for my life, asking myself if I will get out of the car alive while driving to vw because the car was smoking, I felt like it was going to explode, had to take unplanned leave from work trying to fix my car, because it is my means of transportation, I stay far soweto protea glen however I work at bedfordview, the car is my comfortable reliable means of transportation, I suffered financially had to pay R2500,00 to tow my car from vw east rand to the protea spare their prices were reasonable compared to vw, I had to pay R16095,00 to get my car up and running, I suffered a loss, from the petrol I fill up on the 03.06.2024, that had to be drained out and was still full, I had refill another fuel tank on the 08.06.2024 when I fetched my car from being fixed.

I am so hurt, traumatized and disappointed by Shell garage, I will never ever fill up my car from any shell garage

I have attached my 6 months bank statement as part of my evidence, it reflects transactions of me fill up fuel from the same garage week after week Shell garage Bedford garden view, I have also attached proof of payments for just 2024, I have attached proof of payments for the costs of fixing my car and towing it from vw east rand mall to protea express.

Please note I do have a sample I received from vw for the fuel to be tested, and protea express car service has the remaining fuel they drained out of the car, I would appreciate it if shell garage can make it sense to me, how is possible,to refill full tank petrol on Monday 03.06.2024 from bedfordview, use it to back home soweto protea glen,on Tuesday the 04.06.2024 drive to Birchwood and come back home, on the 05.06.2024 drive to Birchwood the day the car broke down, would give me a reason to refill a petrol that was still full, please make it sense for me, my still had enough petrol for me to still drive it until the 10.06.2024, I was probably going to refill today or tomorrow.
