Continued Bad Service

Hi

I stay in Ormonde and I usually use Shell Fomiss to pour petrol and I've experienced bad service ever since I've tried using it,previously it was petrol attendants and I got a survey email from you to complain and things changed.

I pour petrol mostly between 2am and 4am and sometimes they wouldn't me swipe my debit card and shell points card but sometimes they won't like now they refused to swipe my points card one of the main reasons I pour there is because of points rewards I get and I've ditched BP but am considering going back there and I will uou Shell in an emergency your franchises treats customers bad.

Every time I go there I know am going to leave with a bad experience,it upsets me going to work so early in the morning and experiencing such bad customer service rather they close the filling station between 12am and 5am.
