Contaminated fuel put in my vehicle

I fueled my 2017 model Toyota hilux at Fuel @Spargs fuel centre Kei SuperSpar in Mthatha and as I left the petrol pump the engine cut of and never Started again. I went back to the fuel attendants they refered me to Collin one of the managers, when I told him about the problem he told that they regularly so it may happen that the fault is with the vehicle. I then took phoned a towtruck and took the car to Buffalo Toyota Mthatha where they discovered that the fuel in the tank was indeed contaminated. I went back to the store and gave them the findings from Toyota and a guy called Wayne who is one of the managers too said the company won't be held liable for what happened to my vehicle and I had to pay for all the repairs done to the car.
