contaminated fuel from Shell garage Westridge Mitchells plain

I would like to share my disappointment with Shell garage owner. On Sunday after 12PM I visited the garage to put in R 500 fuel for the week. My husband was driving as we left home we had no issue just excited for the day as we were on our way to Town, but low and behold after fuel was put in the car we drove away concerned as the car started giving trouble. Not expecting that the fuel was contaminated as suggested by our mechanic who we took the car to the following day missing out on dropping our 12 yr son at school as he was going to camp for the next three days as well because the car didn't want to start, i not only had to fork out extra money for his transport to fetch him, i had to pay the mechanic for what he thought was the petrol pump, he changed that but then suggested the fuel might be contaminated. After i spent R 1410 between my husband and I on the car incl labour and new parts, as the car still didnt want to drive we walked to Shell garage, i took off and my husband went into work late,and spoke to Nazeem who said that he will not accept liability or take responsibility, but he will change the fuel. he called his mechanic to come to our house as the car was their motionless and his mechanic drained the contaminated fuel and put in new fuel. Miraculously the car worked it still smoked but it drove. then i messaged Nazeem to thank him for making the fuel right and reminded him as per our conversation in his office that i am still out of pocket as we came to his garage with no issues my bank balance was R 1400 after leaving the garage but now is R 149 and my husband out of pocket with R 300 and went late to work and asked if we will be compensated. he blatantly ignored this part of my messages to him acting like it is not his fault that i spent money on the car after leaving his garage. I want Nazeem or shell to please look into this matter as there are two weeks left and due to Shell providing a disservice I feel that the right thing for Shell to do is to at least put me in the same position i was in when coming to the garage. i could ask to be compensated with R 2500 for stress and inconvenience as i am out of pocket of R 1400 and where will i get this money from now to survive i need to buy milk, cheese and oil and need transport money for my son for next week and i need to purchase another bus ticket for the following week as i cannot now afford to take the car as Shell issue put us out of pocket. please Shell i ask that you do the right thing. i will give you my bank account so that you can put right what your garage did wrong.
