Complaint for poor customer service

I was at Shell garage at crossroad in Soweto and we were addressed in a rude manner by one of the staff he even insulted me when we wanted to buy energy drinks and we covered our mouths with our hoddies and 2 of their staff members did not wear masks and I believe that a company should lead by example when when they set rules we even have a video of him telling us he is going to **** us up so we feel threatened by the employee
