Complaint

The attendant Ncebekazi filled up petrol in my quantum on 12/03/2016 at about 20:20, paid with my card at 20:26 and left with the receipt to do my stint in neighborhood watch. At about 23:00 my neighbour called to say the police were at my home looking for me. I went home and the police indicated that I had not paid for petrol. When I showed my receipt the police were happy and left. When I went back to the service station, where I fill up for over thousands of rands in all my cars, the lady who served me still indicated that I did not pay. The supervisor who we phoned was useless. I was given the run around when I asked for the owner. Eventually the on staff member phoned a Mr Trichardt who was the owner. He very rudely asked me why I was phoning him, he did not know anything about it and when asked if he did not care that his staff had insulted one of his very loyal customers he said he did not. So therefore my lawyer will be dealing with them. I shall be lodging a complaint with Shell, and urge everybody to retain your receipts, and never support this business place again and urge all my friends to give this service station the treatment it deserves.
