Complain

I went to shell bahati station several time and there service it's so bad,they having a compatition where u put petrol for 350 or more then u get stickers to win every time when we go there they dont have and the manger is telling us is not there problem when they dont have,he ddnt even come to explain it to us,he told one of his workers,where there's BLACK PERSON u will never get service,that's y we prefer white cause they know customer service they deliver what they promise...
