Complain

Message: Good day I went to Shell Garage 1 Fomiss city Johannesburg. I was very dissapointed with the condition of their bathrooms. The toilets have been in that state for almost 2 years. Staff members and customers use same toilets which is very filthy and disgusting, while manangement uses clean toilets. Staff members have to use toilets from macdonald. this is unprofessional. How could you let staff members and customers use such dirty toilets while they (management ) use clean toilets. i t is unhealthy and ************** towardsstaff members. Those toilets have not been cleaned for almost 2 years and they expect us as customers to use them. Totally unacceptable.
