Clown Show

Hey

I just want to know what kind of circus show you guys are running at Shell Vos Motors? I got there at 16:02 reversed my car behind the car that was parked in front of me at the petrol station while the guy (Kahya) was busy helping the guy in front of me he told me to park on the other side i ask him why because i was parked with my petrol flap open on the right side so he could have just inserted the nozzel and started to pump petrol when the guy was done. But no i had to go around and park on the other side witch mean i must waste petrol again to drive to the other side. There was already a guy standing there after he was done with the guy where i was standing he helped the guy in front of me where i was standing now then went to help 2 other cars that arrived after me where i was standing before! When I went into the shop to call a manager they told me sorry sir my manager does not work on weekends.... I mean really how does a business get run if there is no supervision? So everybody can just do what they want to do! This is really a clown show! When i was in the shop my wife called him to tell him whe are here before the other people! Then he rep**** no sister they where before you here. In a aggressive and arrogant way he started to argue with her. But they just parked there! When i got back to my car his was helping other people i asked in a not so calmed matter what the hell is going on why is he helping people before me to wich he rep**** they where here before you! So a guy came over said his the shift supervisor and helped me. I left there at 16:28! Really guys is this how you guys do business this is the last time Shell Vos Motors will see me and I will tell all my friends to not make use of your service anymore!
