child abuse at shell ultra nelspruit

I went to shell Nelspruit just next to mbombela stadium as I always fill up at shell I was not expecting the kind of language the 2 attendants used in from of my 6 year daughter who was terrified by what she heard. the lady attendant to the mala attendant that lets say I cant repeat what she said but it was concerning hi private parts just in front of me and my wife and my 2 daughters, I took the liberty of trying to get the manager to address the situation and the guy called Surprise who claimed to be the filling station manager told me where to get off right in front of the same attendants and another lady manager. I use shell ultra stations al***** this country without a problem but yesterday I never felt like I have thrown away money like that. I would like to shell to address this matter as I have tried the customer service line but no luck I really need tis fowl language being addressed this is child abuse and no respect for clients. the attendants walked away while the lady manager was asking her what happened she even spoke to her in siswati I had to translate to the lady manager what she was saying though the lady manager asked her several times to address her in English she continuously ignored her and just walked away and Surprise asked me if I wanted the attendants to **** themselves for speaking like in front of my children since they told him they apologized to me which they did not even now only the lady manager apologized but Surprise and his team did not see the need to apolgise.
